Holiday Blues? NOT!

It is that time of year when we set "realistic" goals. I had set goals.  I'm trying to lose weight, focus on wellness and personal growth. I want what is realistic goal for me. I workout 4-6 times per week. Yesterday's workout was Chest/Triceps, & Abs Day at Snap Fitness 24-7... Plus, I was curious about the weight, body fat, and BMI. I did a weigh-in to see "Where am I at the start of the new year?" Actually, I lost weight- 198 lbs. & lowered my % body fat and BMI. I guess not too bad for someone that is "thick". My goal is 176-180 lbs. and 8-12% or whatever is a healthy realistic goal weight & % body fat, height, and frame at my age. You can do it... Just do it!
