The definition of Unity is "the state of being one, singleness; oneness of mind; the number ONE; an ordering of all elements in a work of art so that each contribution to a unified aesthetic effect; and singleness of purpose or action".
There are many ways to talk about uniting the community for the betterment of everyone, but it is best to simplify the concept--The individual. Unity is defined as a concept of oneness for ordering of all elements in the community to have an aesthetic effect. Unity starts by one individual having an idea of doing good deeds for the betterment of others, the organization, and more importantly, the community.
So is the individual important ingredient? community? more to come....
